(EN) In 2009 we first took part in a surf rowing event,in saunton sands. It was the birth of the Italian surf rowing team. In 2010 we were present in the euro champs in wijk aan zee. Our national federation is now emerging.
Last year we were only 5 flat rowers, now we can proudly say that we are surf rowers!
(ITA) Nel 2009 abbiamo partecipato per la prima volta a una gara di surf rowing a Saunton Sands. Quel giorno ha segnato la nascita del primo equipaggio di surf rowing italiano. Nel 2010 grazie alla partecipazione ai campionati europei, si è creata la federazione italiana di surf rowing e da quel giorno cresce sempre di più!
L'anno scorso eravamo ancora solamente 5 canottieri ordinari, ora possiamo dire che siamo finalmente diventati dei Surfrowers! pronti a sfidare le onde!
